Info for Elms Families

After School Oasis is free for every Elms family. The program runs Monday through Thursday, 3:00 to 5:30 PM, for students in Kindergarten through 5th Grade. Snack is provided.

Register for the 2026–27 school year

All Elms Lower School students must be registered before attending. The registration packet includes the registration form and permission slip, signed online in one step.

Each week

The weekly signup form

Once your child is registered, tell us which days they will attend each week. Please complete the form by Monday at 10:00 AM so we have the right staffing, snacks, and activities on hand.

If your child’s schedule stays the same from week to week, you only need to complete it once.

Common questions

How much does the program cost?

Nothing. After School Oasis is completely free for families, funded by donors and supporters of Oasis Outreach Opportunity, Inc.

What days and hours does the program run?

Monday through Thursday, 3:00 to 5:30 PM, on school days at Our Lady of the Elms.

What does my child do each day?

Each session starts with a group ice breaker, followed by a restroom break and snack, then homework and quiet activity time from 3:30 to 4:00, and activity time until 5:30. Activities include board games, arts and crafts, and physical play like basketball and freeze tag.

What snacks are served?

Each student receives two snack items per session, mostly prepackaged cookies, chips, yogurts, granola bars, and fruit snacks, with occasional fresh fruits, vegetables, and seasonal treats. All food items offered are nut free.
